Proper nice boozer..called in for a pint while travelling..dogs welcomed which was good as them clowns at wetherspoons make you sit in wind&rain..real nice pint and staff all so friendly

Large place with a few TV,s showing sport. Usual tap beers and a few real ales available. Decently decorated place and dog friendly too. Staff were friendly and polite. Nice patio area at the front engulfed with beautiful flowers. Nice and relaxing visit. Enjoyed it.

I did not have food so can't rate that. I went to watch a family band whom I'm friends with and the evening was buzzing . It was very busy. I think the tables and chairs to the left of the stage could be arranged better as it was very hard for customers who were sat at the back of the seats yo get in and out without asking people to move.
